Duties Description Description :
The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF), with over $20 billion of assets under management, is seeking Junior Investment Analysts to assist with all aspects of the agency's Investment operations including the four (4) core investment areas : Risk Analysis; Trading; Portfolio Management; and Credit Analysis. These positions will give exposure to best-in-class investment practices within a growing and entrepreneurial culture.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assisting with quantitative, qualitative, and administrative aspects of managing NYSIF's
portfolios

Additional Comments For new State employees appointed to graded positions, the annual salary is the hiring rate (beginning of the Salary Range) of the position. Promotion salaries are calculated by the NYS Office of the State Comptroller in accordance with NYS Civil Service Law, OSC Payroll rules and regulations and negotiated union contracts.
