Job Title:
Maintenance and Repair Technician
Duties:
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC equipment.
- Work on mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and general building repair as needed.
Qualifications:
- Four years of full-time experience in a trade under a skilled tradesperson or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Class B permit issued by the NYS Department of Motor Vehicle within 30 days of appointment.
- Class B license as a condition of satisfactory completion of the probationary period.
- Preferred: experience working under a journey level HVAC or apprenticeship training in the HVAC trade, and experience in other recognized skilled trades.
