Experienced, professional sales representative needed. Base pay commission. 4 days a week, on location.
Stateline Builders of Elizabeth City is a family owned business, operating in the Elizabeth City area since 1978.
We manufacture & sell portable storage buildings, ( Sheds ). We also sell other types of accessory structures. Horse Barns, Tiny Home Shells, Play Sets, Gazebos. We also sell a wide variety of utility trailers.
Primary duties include, social media lead generation and correspondence. Updating website inventory. Product display and presentation. Assist customers with quotes and placing orders using industry specific software.
Traditional sales representative techniques are expected, however this is not a high pressure sales environment. Know the product. Represent it well and it will sell itself.
Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 to 5:30 with working lunches. Daily base pay of 150 per day 2% commission for all of the sales that you close & 1% commission for sales closed by other part time sales representatives working under your management. Commissions begin to be earned after the first 30 days of training. Commissions are not paid out until the sale is final. This is W2 employment. Pay is direct deposit, once per month w/ 60% advances available for the first 90 days. Average annual income 50k to 65k, depending on performance.
