Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess professional sales techniques, regarding lead follow up, lead generation, product knowlege, social media marketing and basic computer skills. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product knowlege to assist them with their purchase.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through social medial, public events and store location. Clear, effective communication and customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
- Manage customer interactions. Provide quotes.
- Close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Proactively market your store via social media & public events.
- Engage in customer follow up calls, in efforts to gain your customers business.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in construction and or hardware trades.
- Friendly people skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Familiarity with modern office equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
