Responsibilities:
- Be the Guest Experience Expert – Greet and guide guests through our brand-new game room and anticipate guest needs while making them feel welcome
- Maintain Pristine Standards – Keep the space looking immaculate and inviting, reflecting the luxury experience we promise.
- Professional and Personable – You’re polished, confident, and approachable, ready to make every guest feel valued.
- Flexible Schedule – Available to work weekends and evenings to meet the peak times of our game room.
- Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment – Prior background in luxury customer service or hospitality is a plus, but your passion for guest experience is key.
