Job Brief:
Provides general administrative and basic accounting support as well as a variety of related activities to the accounting department. The administrative assistant will strive to provide exceptional customer service for both customers and internal employees. This position will improve the cooperative's efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet incoming customers
- Setting up vendors in Laserfiche software
- Invoice entry in Laserfiche software
- Send approved invoices and statement documents for processing
- Review and create vendor check runs
- Review CEO emails, help with travel coordination, and assist with schedule and events
- Maintain office supplies and restocking
- Performing other duties as assigned

- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and positive appearance with both yourself and SLC equipment and facilities.
- Perform duties in an efficient and time saving manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exhibits solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Administrative assistant experience preferred
- Have experience with Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
