We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of large hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating within the manufacturing sector, specifically in millwork and cabinets. You will be responsible for processing and estimating costs accurately and efficiently, ensuring projects are scoped and priced competitively while maintaining profitability
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, and manufacturing costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Utilize Blue Beam software for takeoffs and calculations.
- Develop and maintain detailed cost databases and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and bids in alignment with project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct regular cost analysis and variance reports to track project profitability.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement teams to optimize cost-efficiency and material usage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial estimating within manufacturing, preferred with millwork and cabinetry.
- Proficiency in Blue Beam for digital takeoffs and estimating.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and project management software.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
