Position Overview:
As an Entertainment Content Creator Intern, you will work alongside the Entertainment team, and Director of Communications to develop, create, and help distribute engaging content across our social media channels, website, and in-stadium platforms. This is a hands-on role that will give you the opportunity to help shape the visual and storytelling aspects of the Staten Island FerryHawks brand, while also gaining valuable experience in digital media, sports marketing, and content creation.

Position Overview:
As an Entertainment Content Creator Intern, you will work alongside the Entertainment team, and Director of Communications to develop, create, and help distribute engaging content across our social media channels, website, and in-stadium platforms. This is a hands-on role that will give you the opportunity to help shape the visual and storytelling aspects of the Staten Island FerryHawks brand, while also gaining valuable experience in digital media, sports marketing, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit photos, videos, and graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, in-game action, and fan interactions during games and events to create real-time, shareable content.
- Work with the Entertainment Department to brainstorm and execute creative content
- ideas that align with our promotional calendar, theme nights, and fan engagement strategies.
- Participate in content creation that engages fans through interactive social media campaigns, contests, and live broadcasts.
- Work with the Entertainment & Promotions team to document special events, such as theme nights, community outreach activities, and promotional events, through both photography and video.
- Help maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all content. Ensure that content reflects the energy, values, and excitement of the FerryHawks.
Duration:
This internship will last for the duration of the 2025 baseball season. The season begins May 2nd, 2025 and ends September 14th, 2025. There are 63 Game Days in this period. Training will be in April.

This is an unpaid internship, but you’ll gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional sports entertainment environment and have the opportunity to network with industry professionals.
