This is a HOURLY / NON-EXEMPT position. The hourly range is: $18.75 - $25.00.

JOB SUMMARY:

WORK LOCATION: ON-SITE [SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA]

The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for resolving general customer concerns, partnering with the grocery leadership to provide feedback and support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about services and products;
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service to customers
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in customer database system timely and accurately
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
• Resolve conflicting and complex issues relating to customer services
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Perform general administrative tasks;
• Interact with customers to know their requirements and needs.
• Additional tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Outstanding communication, phone, and active listening skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
