As a Meat Cutter at Stater Bros. Markets, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing their desired meats, cutting and packaging them for sale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Slicing, tenderizing, and packaging meats according to customer specifications
- Grinding, cutting, trimming, wrapping, and tenderizing meats as needed
- Priming and displaying items for sale
- Assisting in maintaining the display cases and ensuring they are clean and well-organized
Instructions:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
