We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Family Brands Packaging team, overseeing operational processes to efficiently execute Stater Bros. Markets' own brand product packaging strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and execute packaging initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Manage project workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure optimal pricing for packaging label design projects.
- Develop training programs for packaging workflows and standard operating procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Five plus years of relevant Grocery or CPG experience, with at least two years of project management experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
