COMPENSTATION :
This is a SALARIED / EXEMPT position. The annual range is : $72,000 - $80,000.

JOB SUMMARY :
Develop, implement, audit, coordinate and enforce corporate safety programs for assigned regions and facilities to create a safe and legal work environment for employees, customers, and vendors. Ensures that employees are provided with safe physical conditions and trained in sound work procedures and proper handling of hazardous materials. Assists Stater Bros. management in matters of minimizing corporate exposure, liability, and property loss.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and Crystal
- Prepare information regarding work comp / work related injuries, customer accidents, safety inspection
- Audit all safety and risk items
- Conduct Trainings
- Communicates with All Supervisors, Stater Bros. Management, and Employees
- Maintain safety files and investigations
- Weekend and evening hours may be required
- Highly confidential material is handled routinely
- Perform all other duties as assigned
