The Manager of Family Brands Packaging is responsible for driving strategic planning and execution of Stater Bros. Markets' own brand product packaging initiatives, aligning with business goals and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute annual packaging plans and projects.
- Lead project management processes, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Analyze supplier costs and negotiate contracts to optimize packaging label design projects.
- Develop and maintain training programs for internal and external resources on packaging workflows and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Five plus years of relevant Grocery or CPG experience, with at least two years of project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
