DEPARTMENT : Retail Operations
COMPENSATION :
Hourly Pay Range : $16.40 - $27.00. This position is covered under the UFCW union agreement.
JOB SUMMARY :
To prepare food for customer consumption; to package product and wait on customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare food items for display
- Package, label and price products
- Place point of sale signs, tags, stickers as needed
- Stock and display merchandise for sale to customers
- Assist customers with their orders
- Operate department equipment in safe efficient manner
- Maintain merchandise in cases, shelves for orderly display and rotation
- Clean department fixtures and equipment
- Maintain stock in storage area
- Order replacement merchandise and supplies as needed
- Maintain logs and records of damaged and lost merchandise
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Other related duties as required
