What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney position at Statera Law?
Statera Law LLC is seeking a commercial real estate attorney to work full-time (or potentially part-time) out of its Newton, MA office. The attorney will handle various legal issues related to commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, sales, financing and title review. The attorney will work closely with the firm's diverse clients and be supported by the firm's paralegals, and partners, in a collaborative environment.
The qualified candidate should ideally have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney and be licensed to practice law in either Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont or Maine. The willingness to seek bar admission is other states is a plus.
The ideal candidate shall be intrinsically motivated, a strong communicator and have the ability to work well with others in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Statera offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, including a potential commission structure for work brought into the firm. The candidate should be comfortable with networking and building client relations. A transferrable book of business is looked at favorably. Additional benefits may be offered.
