What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control position at States HR CO LLC?
General Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing the QC department to perform the quality control responsibilities to ensure the products are produced in compliance with all company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Job Functions
Quality Control 50%
- Check the production line and communicate with operators and supervisors to ensure that established policies, rules and regulations and procedures are followed by them.
- Review Facility Production Reports to make sure parameters do not deviate from our standard.
- Control raw materials by doing inspection before the receiving and report defectives to suppliers.
- Provide employees with training regarding hygiene management and Food Safety.
- Data analysis regarding process control to maintain quality of product.
- Prepare and review Customer Complaints Reports.
- Review Suppliers’ Documents.
- Report any non-compliance to supervisor and / or management.
