Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to determine rates for required services.
- Present proposals to customers and negotiate agreements.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
- 3-5 years sales experience in the transportation industry.
- Knowledge of brokerage customers and shippers required.
- TMS (Transportation Management Software) experience preferred.
- Sales CRM experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
