The Human Resources Administrator will support key HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. You’ll ensure smooth operations, foster communication, and promote a positive workplace culture while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the Human Resources Information System (ADP).
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work on site at our HQ in Philadelphia.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience with onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Estimated Hourly Range: $20.00-$24.00 USD.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
- The hourly range refers to the hourly pay rate only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
