Job Summary

The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in overseeing bar sales, managing local account order pickups, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our Fishtown location. Acting as the first point of contact for customers and employees, this individual will support order processing, office management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Oversee bar sales and coordinate local account order pickups to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Collect payments and invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring lot number accuracy for compliance.
• Work with the Point of Sale (POS) Manager to monitor POS inventory and shipment tracking.
• Receive and distribute incoming deliveries.
• Maintain office cleanliness and ensure essential office supplies are stocked.
• Open and close the building as needed, ensuring security measures are followed.
• Oversee the sports partnership ticket bank, including ticket allocation and budget tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling inventory tracking and basic administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Military experience is a plus.
  
  

Compensation

• Estimated Hourly Range: $15.00-$17.00 USD.
• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
• The hourly range refers to the hourly pay rate only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
