As a Retail Sales Specialist you will support the State Manager in executing sales initiatives, event activations, and ad-hoc account support. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting distributor representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in merchandising efforts at key accounts, ensuring brand presence and proper product displays.
- Drop off supplies, samples, and point-of-sale materials to accounts as needed.
- Lead the execution of on and off-premise promotional events from start to finish, ensuring brand representation and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with area sales managers and distributors to ensure smooth product distribution and support.
- Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Stateside Brands at all events and activations.
- Minimum age of 21, with a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lift and transport cases of product and POS materials.
- Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the alcohol industry and brand-building.
- RAMP certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Experience in the alcohol industry, sales, or event marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience working with distributors or in merchandising roles.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Estimated Base Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000 USD.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
- The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
