Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will play a hands-on role in the execution of our social media marketing efforts across all Stateside Brands. This person will have a pulse on what performs well on social media, participate in content planning, copywriting, influencer identification, and community management helping us win key markets and build brand loyalty with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the social platforms for Stateside Vodka Soda and Stateside Vodka including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and boosting posts.
- Collaborate with the social team on content planning and creative social ideas for Surfside social channels to keep us ahead of competition.
- Write engaging and on-brand copy for all brands with a competency for developing brand voice.
- Execute planned giveaways flawlessly paying close attention to the details and leading the winner selection and communication to ensure every winner receives their prize in a timely manner.
- Support creative needs across all Stateside Brands by developing clear and concise creative briefs, shot lists, and guidelines for the design team and other creative partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies, campaigns, and promotions that align with broader marketing objectives.
- Monitor and report social media goals, metrics, and analytics to measure the success of campaigns, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and actively implement relevant trends to ensure the brand remains engaged and timely in its social presence.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers in our key markets to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Champion our brand's voice and personality on social media, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience managing social media platforms and copywriting on behalf of a brand.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
- Strong skill sets with organization, copywriting, and content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics to measure performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of grammar and spelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and pay close attention to details.
- Passion for social media and staying up to date with emerging trends.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
- This full-time role is based out of our headquarters office in Greater Philadelphia.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Estimated Base Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 USD.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
- The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
