What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Statesville Housing Authority?
This position supervises the maintenance department. May perform a variety of office administrative / skilled labor duties. Responds to maintenance emergencies and major issues. Performs skilled tasks in the repair of a variety of complex housing related systems and appliances as needed. Work may occur in the areas of plumbing, electrical, heating, carpentry or some other housing related area.
