We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee records.
- Coordinate event planning for company meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and communication with clients and visitors.
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development initiatives.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Manage schedules for team members to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in team management by providing support and guidance to staff as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an office management capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
- Experience with payroll systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to plan events effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in team management or supervision is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
