In this position, the ideal candidate will be a part of the processing team to support loan officers with their clients and other needs during the loan process. This role will encompass mortgage processing, general support, and has potential for growth. Being a loan officer assistant not only involves enhanced client interaction and close collaboration with loan officers, but it also presents a unique window into the day-to-day operations of a loan officer's role.
Responsibilities
- Assist loan officers in organizing and maintaining loan pipeline.
- Collect and review required documentation from clients for loan applications.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner and prepare loan packages for submission.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Follow up with clients and leads as needed.
- Respond promptly to client inquires and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate with loan officers, closers, and underwriters, and other team members throughout the duration of transaction.
- Support loan officers with other processing needs as assigned.

Qualifications
