This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all areas are kept clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment..
- Manage custodial tasks in both residential and commercial properties.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, hotel housekeeping management, or residential cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Good communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
