This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Preform unit turns in a timely manner
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
