Job Description

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our winning team! As a Sales Representative at Statewide, you will receive hot leads generated from our substantial advertising investment of over $5 million per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with provided hot leads to drive sales and close deals.
  • Conduct in-home consultations and presentations, showcasing our premium windows and doors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional strategies.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art software and demo kits to effectively present products to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve personal, professional, and financial goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within South Florida.
  • Must be bilingual: English & Spanish.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
