Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for a Full Time Apartment Custodian. The hours are M-F from 7:00am to 3:30pm. The pay is $18.00.
This position is for a senior citizen apartment complex. MUST be able to walk stairs, some outdoor ground work is required such as picking up debris around building, shoveling front walk ways etc. Must be able to lift 50LBS

What the position requires:
As a Stathakis Apartment Custodian, you are required to do the following:
Performing janitorial duties of common areas, cleaning restrooms, hallways and corridors, public areas including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal, cleaning floors with an auto scrubber.
Also, from time to time may be required to empty out vacant apartments.
Some maintenance experience is useful as you may be asked to assist with some light basic maintenance work.
Required to check in with all Area Supervisors and take on additional assignments as needed
