What are the responsibilities and job description for the Morning Janitor/Day Cleaner position at Stathakis?
We are currently hiring cleaners to clean senior apartment co-op buildings. The position is M-F from 8:00am to 1:00pm. The pay is $14.00 per hour.
As a Stathakis Cleaner, you are responsible for performing general cleaning of assigned areas within your specific building. Your responsibilities include duties such as:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish bathroom supplies.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Empty wastebaskets, reinstall liners and transport trash to disposal area.
- Empty and clean ashtrays, inside or outside.
- Vacuum hallways, corridor, floor mats wearing a 13lb vacuum on your back.
- Others duties may be assigned
