Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of lawns and landscapes for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of various lawn care techniques, including mowing, trimming, and general groundskeeping. The Lawn Care Specialist will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and must be able to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
• Conduct tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, digging, and weeding.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
• Maintain equipment in good working order through routine inspections and basic repairs.
• Implement groundskeeping practices to enhance the overall look of properties.
• Maintain garden beds, ensuring proper soil health and plant selection.
• Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling chemicals as needed.
