Restaurant General Manager Job Responsibilities
-Develop sales & Marketing plans
-Work with General & Area Managers on P&L, Budgets, & in house Restaurant Systems Pro
-Ability to translate feedback into finished adjustments and enhancements
-Ability to implement strict cleanliness guidelines
-Work on multiple projects and meet strict guidelines and deadlines.

-Present fresh new ideas for better marketing our brand as well as team building
-People skills ( friendly, outgoing personality & sense of humor)
-Meet with Area Managers to plan growth, retention, budget execution, and profitability at each location and discuss all options to make sure we are giving each and every guest the ultimate experience.
General Manager will assist in managing the restaurant, both BOH & FOH along side the Kitchen Manager. The GM has a primary focus of all FOH operations, as well as some BOH Experience from cooking, prepping, catering, and cleanliness.
He/She also understands all operations of the restaurant as well as being able to guide and coach employees to become successful both in the workplace as well as in their daily lives. Assisting in paperwork, scheduling, and inventory. Assist with guest complaints, issues, and FOH staff training.
-Requirements:
-At least 2 years of management Experience
-Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
-Experience creating promotional materials, & creating Sales growth as well as hiring
-Experience executing projects from concept to completion.
-Highly skilled in creating uptime guess dining experiences
-Apple Mac OS work environment.
-Comfortable with Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Apple TV
-Excellent proof reading and written skills.
-Efficient time management.
-Ability to work unsupervised.
-Familiar with the Bar, Restaurant, Entertainment Industry
-Up to date with social trends and night life.
-Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
