Duties And Responsibilities
- Navigate a variety of challenges throughout delivery area
- Must be comfortable working in ALL weather conditions
- Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Work collaboratively with your driver to ensure efficient delivery operations
- Use hand held device for delivery information, customer delivery requirements
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Able to get in and out of van (200 times per day) and walk up and down stairs through your shift
- Must be at least 18 years old. NO Driver license required
- Must work at least one weekend day
- Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Able to pass a pre-employment 4 panel drug test
- Comfortable with technology/apps/handheld devices
- Reliable transportation to work and a history of good attendance
- Ability to work in all Chicago weather conditions
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous customer service experience
- $17.00/hr, with yearly increases
- Overtime ($25.50/hr)
