Job Summary : The Service Technician 1 is an entry-level position responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of equipment found in service stations and convenience gas stations. This includes fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, service station site controllers, credit card readers, cash register consoles, pumping PCW, tank & line monitoring equipment, and other related devices. The Service Technician 1 must possess a wide variety of skills and the ability to work through difficult problems to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, and service station site controllers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with credit card readers, cash register consoles, and pumping PCW.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tank & line monitoring equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
