Tasks
- Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Partner with the Product Lead to align technical and business goals for a customer-facing product.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of product improvements, balancing speed, quality, scope, and impact.
- Provide technical leadership and support for the development and maintenance of web applications.
- Manage and modernize legacy systems, including migration strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within software engineering.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop diverse engineering teams.
- Expertise in the development and maintenance of web applications; experience with any of the following technologies is a plus: Java/Spring Boot, React/Remix, databases (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB), infrastructure as code on AWS.
- Experience with maintaining legacy systems and executing migrations to modern technologies.
