Location : Location can be in one of our offices in Sweden or Norway; Sollefte Laholm Stockholm stersund Narvik Trondheim Gaupne Sauda or Dalen. Oslo as job location where we have our headquarters is also possible. However decentralized locations are preferred.
Procurement Nordics is seeking a competent proactive and committed individual to take on the role as a Project Procurement Manager in our project procurement teams serving and supporting all types of refurbishment projects in connections with our Nordic hydropower assets.

As a Project Procurement Manager working in Procurement Nordics you will act as responsible for all procurement activities in various hydropower refurbishment and development projects with a focus on the electromechanical scopes in Norway and Sweden and hereunder :
- Coordinate and Manage Procurement : Oversee all procurement activities including planning organizing and managing the procurement team.
- Develop and Execute Procurement Strategy : Prepare and implement the procurement strategy and plan conduct tender processes manage contracts and ensure efficient procurement execution.
- Monitor and Report Contract Status : Maintain key aspects of major contracts follow up on risks and mitigation actions and document procurement processes and contract management items.
- Support Project and Team Activities : Act as a commercial advisor arrange training assist in project takeovers handle disputes and support claims management.
- Ensure Sustainability and Compliance : Monitor sustainability requirements perform supplier assessments and prepare contract closeout reports.
