Total compensation will be a mix of salary and equity with a base salary of $125k-$150k. This position reports to the Business & Operations Manager (Julie Leary) and works closely with hiring managers across all teams.

What You’ll Do
- Full-cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and coordinating interviews and closing candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create targeted recruiting strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to our recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recruiting Metrics: Track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines.

- Ability to work on-site full time from our Bellevue, WA office.
