Responsibilities
- Provide high level support to the owner across all aspects of the business with a focus on the financial planning of each client.
- Work one on one with the owner and team to support client portfolios and financial plan top to bottom.
- Be able to answer intermediate financial planning questions from clients (investment, tax, insurance, estate planning).
- For more advanced questions, be able to research solutions and/or work with other department members or professionals to find an answer
- Bring a super-flexible mindset and schedule with strong work ethic to tackle the most pressing issues today and tomorrow.
- Be able to interpret various planning documents, including tax returns, account statements, Social Security benefit estimates, pension statements, annuity contracts, , life insurance policy documents, , etc.
- Develop new ideas to support the financial plans and client base primarily expanding on current retirement planning and portfolio software.
- Create spreadsheets to address specific issues as requested.
- Help create and deliver written articles and presentations to clients as well as other professionals on a variety of financial planning topics.

Candidate Qualifications
- CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ - Preferred.
- Series 7 and Series 66 – Required.
- Experience in financial services working with clients, in-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
