Job Function :
As a Robotics Technical Trainer , you will be responsible for educating our external customers and internal employees on robotic systems including operation, programming, and maintenance / troubleshooting. You will create engaging and hands-on learning experiences to ensure a thorough understanding of our robotic technology for our customers.
Reports to :
Robotics Training Manager North America
Responsibilities and Objectives :
- Facilitate training to our customers and partners in Duncan, SC, covering technical topics such as software, hardware, electrical and mechanical.
- Teach customers how to service robotic equipment mechanically and electrically.
- Teach customers how to interface and program robotic equipment.
- Prepare and pack training equipment for shipment to customer locations.
- Travel onsite to customer locations and other Stubli facilities to perform training services as needed.
- Manage assigned training sessions in the Learning Management Software
- Maintain training rooms, robot equipment and peripheral devices.
- Modify standard training manuals and class materials to ensure content remains current and relevant.
- Occasionally adapt and customize training materials to suit customer needs.
- Assist in expanding and maintaining internal Stubli personnel knowledge base.
- Maintain safety standards.
