Stauffer Glove & Safety is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables Representative to join our team in Red Hill, Pennsylvania. This individual must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Essential Functions
The Accounts Receivables Representative is responsible for managing collections. This position will have contact with the customer and their A/P department plus working with internal customer service on clearing up past due balances. The job duties also include posting checks/wire transfers, processing RMA’s and credits and customer relations. This position is also representative will be a backup to other members on the team where necessary.
- Collecting past due receivables from assigned customers/contact delinquent customers for payment.
- Logging in comments to track when payments will be received.
- Following up on past due receivables if dates are missed.
- Processing RMAs and Credits.
- Posting checks and wire transfers.
- Researching and resolving discrepancies.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role requires sitting for long periods of time and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM are typical hours. No travel may be required.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Combined experience of a minimum of 2 years working within a fast-paced business environment and experience working with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Combined experience of a minimum of 2 years working within the credit/collections field and experience with processing receivables.
