The Payments Analyst will oversee the optimization of Stax’s merchant portfolio, adapting to the company's evolving needs with a willingness to embrace changing roles and additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly trend and portfolio management analyses through defined reports, utilizing Excel proficiency to identify opportunities for new analyses and communicate results to executive leadership.
- Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to set objectives for forecasting, replenishment, and reporting.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of internal procedures and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to recommend operational changes that boost efficiency and profitability.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and departments, addressing issues and providing updates effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance and trends for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate distribution of product information, pricing, and sales data, maintaining consistency with tier design.
- Contribute to task forces and special projects as needed.

- Expertise in managing recurring revenue and recognized revenue principles.
- Experience in automating and documenting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Background in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse personalities—from payment processor associates to executive management and external regulators.
