What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS position at Staxmatic, LLC?

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize a specific product type / segment of Staxmatic, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality, and market growth. This role requires a strong background in Commercial Plumbing and Mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the production schedule to meet customer demands and project deadlines.

Lead field productivity / leadership and growing a group of field production leaders.

Oversee quality assurance team to maintain high product standards and resolve any quality issues.

Develop and implement efficient production processes to maximize productivity.

Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training and performance evaluations.

Ability to communicate their vision confidently and hold team members accountable.

Need to be able to think strategically and outline growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

7 years of field experience and direct leadership experience.

Proven experience as a Production Manager in the Commercial Plumbing and Mechanical environment.

Experience in Aviation required

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Must have experience running multiple projects (4 ) at a time with combined projects value exceeding $100M.
