Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize a specific product type/segment of Staxmatic, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality, and market growth. This role requires a strong background in Commercial Plumbing and Mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the production schedule to meet customer demands and project deadlines
• Lead field productivity/leadership and growing a group of field production leaders.
• Oversee quality assurance team to maintain high product standards and resolve any quality issues
• Develop and implement efficient production processes to maximize productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training and performance evaluations
• Ability to communicate their vision confidently and hold team members accountable
• Need to be able to think strategically and outline growth
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 7 years of field experience and direct leadership experience.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in the Commercial Plumbing and Mechanical environment
• Experience in Aviation required
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  
  

Must have experience running multiple projects (4 ) at a time with combined projects value exceeding $100M.
