- Oversee the assembly and installation of piping systems in commercial projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and plumbing codes
- Assist in the planning and coordinating job tasks, including material take-offs, layout creation, and construction schedules
- Conduct inspections of ongoing and completed work, ensuring it meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and follows safety regulations
- Enforce safety protocols on job sites, identify hazards, perform safety checks, and address concerns to maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in job planning, manage construction schedules, and allocate resources based on project needs
- Ensure that projects run smoothly by identifying potential delays or conflicts, suggesting solutions, and working proactively to resolve any issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years as a Pipefitter Foreman or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- OSHA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting systems, codes, and installation practices
- Texas Plumbing Journeyman License
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues on-site
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required
