- Ensure all plumbing installations and repairs meet safety standards and regulations
- Work with a team of plumbers and other tradesmen to complete projects on time and within budget
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure proper functioning
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to extend their lifespan and improve performance
- Ensure that projects run smoothly by identifying potential delays or conflicts, suggesting solutions, and working proactively to resolve any issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber, with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- OSHA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting systems, codes, and installation practices
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license (Texas or applicable state) required
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues on-site
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required
