In this role, you will take full ownership of your portfolio, managing all aspects of operations and marketing. Responsibilities include maintaining a detailed maintenance calendar, coordinating with guests, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with our brand's high standards.
You'll be responsible for the success and presentation of your properties under the Stay Awhile Villas brand.

Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience & Property Inspections – Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring each property meets our meticulous quality standards.
- Maintenance & Upkeep – Coordinate repairs and regular maintenance, working closely with our in-house maintenance team and third-party vendors.
- On-Call Oversight – Remain available for urgent property concerns, with support from Field Hosts.
- Office & On-Site Presence – Work five days a week from the office and in the field, ensuring smooth operations across your portfolio.
- Luxury Property Experience – Previous experience in hospitality, high-end property management, or short-term rentals is required.
- Eye for Design – A natural ability to walk into a room and instinctively understand furniture placement, aesthetics, and ambiance.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with Sonos, smart home systems, Aqualink, Ring cameras, and smart locks to ensure seamless functionality for each guest's arrival.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail – Consistently upholding luxury standards across multiple properties.
- Problem-Solver – Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve maintenance issues and guest concerns with efficiency.
- Exceptional Communication Skills – Comfortable liaising with guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth operation.
- Reliable Transportation – A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle to travel between properties as needed.
