We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations and marketing for a select group of high-end real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management – Oversee the management of a select group of high-end real estate assets, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintenance Coordination – Coordinate repairs and regular maintenance, working closely with our in-house maintenance team and third-party vendors.
- Guest Communication – Liaise with guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Market Analysis – Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
