Driver

We are seeking professional and courteous Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and informative transportation experiences for our clients. Your primary duties will include driving clients to various wineries, breweries, and other destinations in the Nelson County, Monticello Wine Trail and Charlottesville area, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, including Mercedes Sprinters and Chevrolet Suburbans, in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist clients with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, as well as handling baggage or purchases as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle’s interior and exterior.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the Monticello Wine Tour team to ensure seamless experiences.
• Adhere to scheduled itineraries and accommodate reasonable client requests to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Charlottesville area, area wineries and breweries is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client bookings.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
