Salary : $45K to $50K
Introduction :
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Production Assistant to join our team. The Production Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the production team and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth job flow in the field and in the office. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Order materials for and schedule jobs in timely manner
- Manage all Permitting for jobs as needed to include application, scheduling inspections, and closing out.
- Follow up / coordinate with subcontractors to confirm current days schedule (all trades)
- Review Production Scheduler from the day prior and confirm all jobs are completed
- Complete Weekly file audit
- Ensure Subcontractor Agreement is signed / enforced for each crew
- Other duties as assigned
