We are looking for an Indoor Environmental Inspector to join our team as a key leader for our water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and odor control services. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a dynamic environment, this role could be for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely face-to-face communication with both residential and commercial clients.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, and odor control projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.
- Accurately capture all scopes and costs to ensure project profitability.
Qualifications
- Certified in some of Water Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Mold Inspections, and Mold Remediation.
- Previous experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in residential and commercial construction.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and experience working with insurance adjusters is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a knack for numbers and math.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Organized and computer literate, especially with MS Office.
- Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible with work hours, as emergencies may arise at any time.
