Stay Dry Waterproofing, a leader in the waterproofing and foundation repair industry, is growing! Stay Dry is the number one waterproofing company because we provide customers with high quality foundation repair and waterproofing solutions. As an industry leader, we are building a strong team that enjoys working hard to deliver effective solutions for our residential customers across the Ohio area. This is a career sales position that has no turnover and high compensation. You will NOT have to cold call, or canvass we supply all your appointments.
In this Sales position, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners that have water intrusion, humidity, mold, structural wood damage, foundation issues. This is a rapid growth position. Utilizing a proven sales process our inspectors expected first year income will exceed $100,000 for someone diligently following our sales process. We are ideally seeking a Sales Rep that can grow as our company continues to expand.
Expectations:
Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
Run pre-set and confirmed appointments (We make sure all homeowners are present)
Diagnose/educate the homeowner on the issues they have in their home and provide solutions for those foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues
Estimate the repairs and provide homeowner with job proposals, and Warranties
Close sales with customers in the home
Preferred Qualifications
Previous background in business-to-consumer in-home sales
Work in the construction, foundation repair, or similar home services industry
Positive “can do” attitude focused on customer service and satisfaction
Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
Must have a flexible schedule
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be willing to get dirty and inspect crawlspaces that can be tight at times
Great people skills and understands the importance of strong customer service
Self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently
Capable of completing all paperwork in a timely manner
Must have a valid driver’s license

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
